Tokenization platform Securitize has named Brett Redfearn as president and a member of its board of directors. This move raises questions about the role of former government officials in overseeing digital assets while in office. The company joins the growing demand for the tokenization of real-world assets in the crypto industry. The SEC has also announced that David Woodcock will become the director of its Division of Enforcement, replacing acting head Sam Waldon.
