Mickey Rourke claims he was forced to withhold nearly $60,000 in rent on his former Los Angeles rental home due to "unacceptable" living conditions. Rourke alleges that there were ongoing rodent issues and ongoing plumbing issues at the property, and that despite repeated requests for repairs, basic maintenance was never properly handled. The landlord, Eric T. Goldie, did not immediately respond to Rourke's request for comment. A court filing in December requested that Rourke be ordered to vacate the home or pay Goldie $59,100 in back rent. A fundraiser was launched in Rourke’s name by Liya-Joelle Jones, but Rourke denied involvement.
