A murder charge has been dismissed without prejudice for Antres Holliness-Ransom, who was charged in the death of Jasmine Marie-Haywood, also 28. The case could be refiled in the future. While initially thought to be suicide, investigators soon began treating the case as a homicide. Witnesses reported that Holliness had stolen multiple guns tied to the death.
