Scotland's Sands Film Festival has announced its fifth edition, which will take place from April 17-19 in St Andrews, Scotland. Speakers include Charlie Kaufman, Laura Mulvey, Joe Russo, and Craig Armstrong. The festival will also host a live Q&A session with Armstrong and live music by St Andrews music scholars. The event will also feature its signature “This Much I Know…” series, featuring leading industry professionals discussing their current practice and the contemporary marketplace. Festival Director Ania Trzebiatowska and the Byre Theatre at the University of St Andrews will be responsible for the event's programming. Other speakers include John Sloss, CEO of Cinetic, AGBO Chief Creative Officer Angela Russo-Otstot; and production designer James Price.
