Marquis Williams, a man previously convicted of mail theft, ID theft, and bank fraud, was arrested in Old Saybrook, Connecticut after he was found driving drunk with 132 pieces of stolen mail in his car. The pair used the stolen mail to steal identities, produce fake identification, and sell off checks. Over 70 bank fraud victims were identified during the investigation. Williams has been detained in federal custody since September 22.
