Three new food halls are set to open in Westminster, Colorado, with District Pour & Provisions likely to be the first of three planned food halls. The food hall trend in the Denver metro area seems to be either fading fast or flourishing at a time, but Westminster is investing in food halls, with three multi-concept offerings set to debut over the next year. The first to debut in Westminster will likely be District Pour and Provisions, an expansive space formerly known as Legacy Point Neighborhood Restaurant & Bar and an outpost of LoDo's Bar & Grill. The team behind the food hall includes chef Jesusio Silva and business partner Jim Wright, who previously directed operations for the Kevin Taylor Restaurant Group and is behind the PourMyBeer self-pour system at Stanley Marketplace, the Golden Mill and the Market at Malcolm Yards in Minneapolis. Red Lotus Den will be located on the ground floor of the Aspire Apartments in Westminster.
