Harry Lindsey, a 33-year-old man from Landover, Maryland, has been convicted of murdering his former partner, Sharita Cristwell, in 2025. This was just weeks after he was accused of assaulting her and was released from home detention. Cristwell was found dead at the scene of the shooting and Lindsey was arrested the following day. The victim's family said that Lindsey was upset that Cristwell had begun dating someone else and had moved on with another woman.
