Brian Quinn, a 50-year-old man from Rockville Centre, New York, has been charged with third-degree robbery and fourth-degree grand larceny in relation to a trio of incidents that occurred over the past week. The first incident occurred at a garage in Baldwin, where Quinn allegedly testied a BMW and then returned it to a bank in Oceanside, where he attempted to rob the teller with a note demanding money. The second incident occurred on April 20 at a Chase Bank and another on April 22 at a Flagstar Bank.
