Mass. Man Indicted On Londonderry Death Resulting Drug Case: Rockingham County Superior Court Indictments

Christopher Joseph Abott, 39, of Madden Road in Derry, Massachusetts, has been indicted on possession of fentanyl and receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He is also accused of driving a stolen vehicle after being convicted twice before of theft. Camie Helene Ayotte-Polanco aka Cammie H. Ayotte, 47, of Water Street inDerry, is accused of stealing $12,500 from the Timberlane High School baseball booster program and altering a TD Bank account statement. Sarah Basnett, 43, of Pressey Road in Sandown is also charged with falsifying physical evidence and three theft by unauthorized taking charges. Keith A. Bean, 44, of Grouse Run in Pelham, on a felony driving while being certified as a habitual offender charge. Thomas Oliver-Martinez Leonard, 20, of Portland, Maine, on reckless conduct-deadly weapon and receiving theft-related charges, both felonies, and aggravated driving under the influence-attempt to evade police. Daniel J. Lestrade, 40, of Medford, Massachusetts is accused in relation to selling or dispensing fentanyl, which killed another person on Nov. 13, 2025.
