1 arrested, 2 in stable condition after double shooting in Homestead

A woman is facing charges of aggravated battery and assault with a firearm, and using a firearm while intoxicated. The victims are in stable condition in a hospital. The incident occurred in a parking lot near the intersection of Northeast 9th Court and New York City. The woman is believed to have been involved in the incident.
