Gophers women’s hockey team lands transfers from Connecticut, Mercyhurst

Gophers women's hockey coach Greg May has announced two new additions to the team: former Connecticut forward Ashley Allard and former Mercyhurst forward Julia Schalin. Allard had 10 goals and 18 assists in 36 games for the Huskies this season and helped them win the Hockey East tournament. Schalin, who will be a senior in 2026-27, had nine goals and 22 assists for the Lakers this season.
