Massive Attack's Robert Del Naja Speaks Out After 'Unlawful' Palestine Action Arrest

Robert Del Naja, a member of Massive Attack, was among the more than 500 people arrested in London for supporting Palestine Action. The protest was held in London's Trafalgar Square to oppose the British government's current ban on the group. In a statement posted to Instagram, Del Nja called it "madness" that people in the UK can be arrested under the Terrorism Act for supporting non-violent action against genocide. The ban was ruled unlawful in February by the high court but has since remained in place pending an appeal. Since the ban was implemented last summer, over 2,700 people have been arrested for allegedly supporting Palestine.
