On Tuesday, New York State Police responded to a report of a domestic dispute on I-684 in Westchester. The driver of a 2025 Land Rover, John Kijek, was hit by a 2015 Honda Odyssey while attempting to cross the northbound lanes of I-690. Kije was arrested and charged with felony reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, and unlawful imprisonment.
