Le Rêve, a French-inspired cafe in the former Southfin Southern Poké, is set to open its doors today in the Southdowns Village shopping center. The menu will include coffee drinks, non-coffee drinks, biscuits, sandwiches and pastries. The shop uses coffee beans roasted by Lafayette's Rîve Coffee Roasters and will also use the location's drive-thru window for pre-orders. The owner, Brad Mire, hopes the concept will bring something new to the community and allow for a casual gathering. The restaurant's food selection includes breakfast biscuit sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, and more.
