Jonathan Roldan, 35, is accused of fatally shooting his ex-girlfriend's boyfriend, 30-year-old Andrew Garay, outside her home in Chicago's Northwest Side in late January. Witnesses identified Rindan as a suspect early in the investigation and a surveillance camera captured him at the scene. Garay was a U.S. Army veteran and had been dating Roldans for several years and had two children with them. The suspect is currently being held in jail pending trial.
