A man from Nashville, 35, is accused of felony aggravated assault involving the strangulation of a pregnant woman and interfering with a 911 emergency call. The arrest occurred during a traffic stop on I-40. The police found the fraudulent tag on the Kia K5 and identified the man as the man driving the vehicle.
