A man from the Dominican Republic has pleaded guilty to using a fraudulent identification to obtain Medicaid and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits. The charges stem from false representation of a Social Security number, health care and tax evasion. The defendant is accused of using a false identification and using false information to obtain these benefits.
