Wichita Falls area may see severe storms Wednesday

The National Weather Service has placed an area of enhanced risk for severe weather in the late afternoon and evening, with predictions that the storms could bring hail and wind up to 70 mph. The weather service also noted that the odds of rain in the area are 100%.
