Las Vegas developer Patrick Brennan aims to start building a luxury high-rise project in Symphony Park soon, with the aim of starting construction in spring 2026. Brennan, founder of Red Ridge Development, was initially scheduled to close his purchase of the city-controlled project site by late 2024, but has yet to take ownership of the still-unfinished 5.9-acre plot along Grand Central Parkway near the Spaghetti Bowl. The project, Cello Tower, is expected to feature 240 homes, with prices starting at $700,000-range. The development has seen strong demand from condo buyers and commercial tenants. City officials have granted extensions on the land sale and the current closing deadline is Aug. 19.
