Carjacking suspect crashes into playground; school crossing guard says he rescued children

A Georgia man, Robert Littlepage Jr., has been arrested for allegedly stealing a truck and driving it into a school playground in southwest Philadelphia. At least 10 children were in the area at the time, but no injuries were reported. The incident occurred when Littlepage allegedly attempted to carjack a utility vehicle that was left running.
