Margaret Feely, a 58-year-old woman from Bingham Farms, Michigan, has been charged with operating while impaired, a third offense. Prosecutors allege she drove her car along the base of ski slopes at Alpine Valley, endangering skiers, snowboarders and children. Police officers attempted sobriety tests and reported poor balance, slurred speech, and aggressive behavior. If found guilty, Feely could face up to five years in prison.
