Abivax denies French media report of AstraZeneca takeover

French biotech company, Abivax, has denied a report by La Lettre that it is in talks to acquire it. The report stated that AstraZeneca had exclusive access to the company's data and had until March 23 to formalize an offer. The news led to a surge in Abivational shares, which were up by up to 10% after the news.
