Former White House press secretary, Sean Spicer, has claimed that the U.S. Supreme Court has decided to significantly limit or invalidate Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act in a case that has not yet been released. The decision is blamed on the minority justices, who are reportedly delaying the release of their dissenting opinions.
