Carmel junior guard Grace Booher played a significant role in the team's 41-37 loss to Rolling Meadows in the Class 4A Dundee-Crown Supersectional in Carpentersville, Illinois. Despite other players struggling to hit shots or get into foul trouble, Booher stepped in to play a crucial role, running the offense, making two key shots and playing hard-nosed defense. She also helped steady the Corsairs on the defensive end. Senior point guard Josie Hartman scored a team-high 11 points for Carmel, which had previously won the regular-season matchup 43-17. The Mustangs' 22-10 win over Carmel came back from a six-point halftime lead to go ahead 34-27 early in the fourth quarter.
