In a recent article in the Review-Journal, Ron Mitchell praised the benefits of Social Democrats and suggested that a socialist government would provide Americans with free social programs. However, Mitchell ignored the cost of each program, including Medicare-for-All and Medicare-For-All, which would cost each American family an additional $12,500 annually, and the average tax burden for the middle class in the United States is lower than Sweden, which is at 27 percent compared to 43.3 percent in Sweden. It seems that people love socialism if other people pay for it, as the cost doesn't come from their own pockets.
