12-year-old Idaho Falls middle schooler, Caellum Hebdon, has received encouraging scan results showing minimal cancer in his brain, with only two spots left. This comes after his story was featured on Local News 8 highlighting his battle with brain cancer and passion for drawing prehistoric creatures. His family recently received results from a follow-up MRI showing that his chemotherapy and radiation treatments are working better than doctors expected. His artwork has earned him national attention as a finalist in the "Bob Ross presents: America’s Most Artistic Kid" competition. Following the story aired, Hebdon was pushed back into first place in his contest group and is now ranked at number one in his group of about 60 people. The contest remains open, with voting for Hebdon remaining open.
