Park Chan-wook has cast an all-star cast in his next film, "The Brigands of Rattlecreek", featuring Oscar-winning actor Matthew McConaughey, Oscar-nominated Austin Butler, Pedro Pascal, and Chinese star Tang Wei. The film will be directed by Chan-Wook and adapted from the original screenplay by S. Craig Zahler. It will be sold at the Cannes Film Festival where Park will serve as the competition jury judge. The project is described as an "iconic tale of vengeance and retribution set in the American West".
