A boy has been charged with robbery and weapons offenses for allegedly threatening a Manchester resident at knifepoint. The victim escaped without injury and sought safety at a nearby home. The suspect is currently being held at the Ocean County Juvenile Detention Center. The incident occurred in the area of Hannibal Street and 7th Avenue.
