Drug Takeback Event To Take Place In North Haven

The Town of North Haven and the Drug Enforcement Agency are partnering to encourage the public to dispose of potentially dangerous expired, unused and unwanted prescription drugs. The event will be held at North Haven Fire Headquarters, which is free and anonymous. The public will also be asked to surrender their medications for safe disposal. The only items not accepted are syringes, needles, inhalers, mercury thermometers, and illegal drugs.
