In February, Karlee Rea, a 26-year-old employee of creator e-commerce platform, LTK, experienced a series of layoffs at the time. The company reported that the layoffs affected a low-ranking percentage of its workforce and resulted in a significant amount of job losses. Rea documented the layoffs in a video on her website.
