Salesforce is engaging with its customers in real time to develop and release new products faster than ever due to the rapid growth of artificial intelligence (AI). The customer management software company is meeting with its 18,000 customers multiple times a week to share their feedback. Salesforce was one of the first companies to launch AI agent management software in late 2024, before agentic AI became popular the following year. The company credits its customers for the rapid product releases and is able to build an AI product roadmap that can quickly react to where AI technology is headed. The partnership between Salesforce and Travel Engine founder Elia Wallen helps Salesforce stay competitive and improve its performance.
