The National Weather Service has warned of "strong to severe" storms in New Jersey for much of Monday, which could include thundershowers, flash flooding, and snowfall. The potential for tornadoes is also possible. The cold front may lead to snowfall on Monday night as temperatures drop into the 30s, with a more than 50 percent chance of snowfalling. The main concern is heavy rainfall, which is expected to rise in rivers.
