McDonald's has introduced a new Under $3 Menu, offering items that cost less than a regular subway ride. The menu will include breakfast items such as the Sausage McMuffin, Sausages Biscuit, and a McChicken Meal Deal. For lunch and dinner, the same value applies to the McChicken, McDouble, 4-Piece Chicken McNuggets, small fries and a medium soft drink. McDonald's plans to showcase select Under $2 items at an even lower price throughout the year. However, some fans have expressed mixed opinions about the initiative, calling it the new version of the dollar menu.
