Soft Opening Draws Mouthwatering Reviews For Mélange At Sycamore

Bucks County's newest restaurant, Mélange At Sycamore, is set to open in Newtown Township, at the site of the former Sycore Grill. Renowned chef Joe Brown is blending Southern Louisiana and Italian traditions into a new culinary experience. The restaurant's menu includes a crabmeat cheesecake appetizer, shrimp and grits, and red beans and rice. Other notable dishes include duck gumbo, seafood jambalaya, roast rack of lamb, grilled barramundi, and pan-seared scallops with corn maque choux. During the opening week, only dinner service will begin when regular hours begin. The food is said to be a reflection of a mixture of Louisiana, Italian, and Cajun Creole.
