Third arrest made in deadly basketball court shooting in Dumfries

An additional suspect has been arrested in connection with a deadly shooting that left an 18-year-old dead and several others injured near a basketball court in Dumfries. The arrest was made on March 23 by Prince William County detectives and assistance from the U.S. Marshals Service task force in Richmond. The shooting occurred during a confrontation between two groups and escalated into gunfire. The victim, identified as Louis Anthony Boone, was taken to a hospital where he later died.
