Whole Foods gets key approval to open new store in Jersey City

The Jersey City Redevelopment Authority has approved plans for a new Whole Foods grocery store in the city's Journal Square neighborhood. The store would be located on the ground floor of a 54-story project, along with residential units and additional retail space. The project is now being reviewed by the Jersey City Planning Board for final approval.
