The film industry has lost several iconic figures in the past year, including Diane Keaton and Catherine O’Hara. The Oscars 2026 In Memoriam segment was introduced by Conan O'Brien and featured Rachel McAdams, who played alongside Keaton in both "Morning Glory" and "The Family Stone." Other notable actors included Rob Reiner, Val Kilmer, Diane Ladd, Graham Greene, Sally Kirkland and Terence Stampil. Oscar producers Raj Kapoor and Katy Mullan highlighted the importance of this year's In Memoriem segment and their intention to pay tribute to all the stars we've lost.
