A 73-year-old man, Jonathan Malmberg, has been charged with five felony counts of secretly peeping into a room occupied by another person in North Carolina. A home health care worker discovered a hidden camera hidden in Malmberg's home on April 29 and sent it to the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office, who confirmed it was a camera lens. A search warrant found the hidden camera in the bathroom along with a storage device hidden beneath the sink. Malmberg was taken into custody and admitted to installing the camera to secretly watch health care workers while they used the restroom.
