Kelsey McCarthy, a 35-year-old woman from Loudon, New Hampshire, was arrested after being found unconscious in a parking lot with a baby in the back seat of a Crown Vic Ford. The officers suspected she was under the influence and detained her after seeing the drugs. McCarthy was charged with possession of a controlled drug and falsifying physical evidence charges, including aggravated driving while intoxicated, obstructing government administration, endangering the welfare of a child, and assault on a police officer. She was held on preventative detention and arraigned in Concord District Court. McCarthy's criminal history dates back more than 13 years.
