The Open Door Network (ODN) has announced events throughout April to raise awareness and support for Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Awareness Month. The Press Conference for these events will be held on April 7 at the ODN parking lot at 1921 19th St. The "Food for Thought" weekly webinar series is scheduled every Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., focusing on understanding sexual assault, breaking down misconceptions and promoting conversations about prevention and support. Other events include a free self-defense class at Jastro Park.
