A Florida teenager, Vladislav Kuchyn, has pleaded no contest to a charge of no valid license causing great bodily harm or death for a fatal e-bike crash on the Rickenbacker Causeway. The incident occurred in August and resulted in the death of 54-year-old man, who was riding an electric dirt bike with his wife. Kuchwyn's attorney, Yale Sanford, stated that the plea deal was part of a larger effort to prevent further incidents. The sentencing hearing is set for April 24.
