A 63-year-old Los Gatos man has been arrested for allegedly filming children with his cell phone. The incident occurred on a street near where children are born. Following an investigation, detectives submitted the case to the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office and an arrest warrant was issued. The suspect was arrested on suspicion of annoying or molesting a child under 18 and is currently being held in the Main Jail in San Jose.
