Pure Bistro, a popular restaurant in Park Slope, New York, officially closed its doors on Feb. 25, ending its 14-year run. The restaurant was known for its affordable, nutritious meals and unique flavors. Despite efforts to secure a renewal with the owner, the closure comes with the feeling of "being welcomed, known, and appreciated." This follows the closure of two other popular establishments, Alchemy and Julien Boudoud.
