Barry Christian, state Senate candidate found dead, remembered as loving father

Barry Christian, a Republican candidate for Senate District 38 in Oklahoma, was found dead in southwest Oklahoma on Thursday. His family is supporting each other during their time of need. While the investigation into his death continues, Barry's ex-wife, Farrah Christian, described him as a loving father who adored adventuring with his children. He was always friendly to everyone he came into contact and always had a big smile on his face. Barry was found inside his truck at the Sandy Sanders Wildlife Management Area and taken to the Medical Examiner's Office, where a cause and manner of death will be determined.
