The Chicago Sky has made a significant start to their roster overhaul by trading Angel Reese to the Atlanta Dream for future first-round picks, and trading for 2024 No. 4 pick Rickea Jackson and sending Ariel Atkins to the Los Angeles Sparks. The move ends Atkins' short tenure in Chicago with a much-needed return on investment. The Sky's frontcourt will now consist of Jackson and Stevens, centers Kamilla Cardoso and Elizabeth Williams, and second-year forward Maddy Westbeld. The team also plans to hold a training camp downtown following delays to completion of its new Bedford Park facility. Guard Rachel Banham re-signed with the Sky on a one-year, $425,000 deal.
