Troopers: Driver arrested for DUI after hitting semi, trying to run away

The Washington State Patrol has arrested a driver who rear-ended a semi and attempted to run away, causing it to fall into a grassy median. The driver was arrested for DUI and attempting to flee, along with the hit-and-run. No one was injured.
