The final day of the legislative session in Minnesota is set to end, with Governor Walz giving his final State of the State address and addressing the fraud issue. Meanwhile, the House Ethics Committee declined to punish three Republican lawmakers for actions that led to multiple ethics complaints. The committee held probable-cause hearings on complaints against Republican Reps. Elliott Engen and Walter Hudson and DFL Rep. Alex Falconer over five hours.
