Raiders legend gives Fernando Mendoza blessing to wear No. 15

Former Raiders quarterback and coach Tom Flores has given Fernando Mendoza his blessing to wear his old No. 15 in Las Vegas. Flores, who played for the team from 1960 to 1966, stated he has no issue with Mendoaza taking over the number. Mendoaez, the 2025 Heisman Trophy winner, was handed a silver black jersey with the No.15 on it following the NFL draft.
