Ukraine to finish Druzhba oil pipeline repairs in spring, Zelenskiy says

Ukraine's President, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, announced that the country will complete repairs to the Druzhba oil pipeline in spring. This comes amid a dispute with Hungary over the disruption of supplies of Russian oil. Hungary and Slovakia have been cut off from Russian oil deliveries via the pipeline since late January after a Russian drone strike damaged the pipeline. The Hungarian and Slovak governments accuse Ukraine of delaying the repairs. The dispute led to Hungary blocking a 90-billion-euro ($103 billion) loan from the European Union for Ukraine as long as the suspension of flows via the Druzhba.
