University of Arkansas fraternity member arrested on sexual assault charges

A 19-year-old University of Arkansas student, Crew Kvern, has been charged with rape, aggravated assault, and battery. The alleged assault occurred at the Kappa Sigma Fraternity house in March. Kvern was arrested on April 12 and posted a bond.
